- Holiday Flavors

In Guatemala Nativity scenes rather than Christmas trees are the decorative centerpiece of Navidad. Noche Buena (Christmas’ Eve) is celebrated by burning firecrackers and fireworks. The Midnight Mass is followed by a Christmas dinner featuring tamales, fruit punch or hot chocolate, pan de Almendra (Almond Bread) or Fruit cake. Every person who is living abroad wishes to be in Guatemala for this season, particularly for Noche Buena.

AntiguaFC.com has created “Holiday Flavors” to help you bring Noche Buena to your home, regardless of where you are.
